Kia North America | 11/22 - Present

Head of Data Governance

At Kia, I led the end-to-end launch of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Auto Cloud in under a year, building data-driven experiences that turned insight into measurable growth. By connecting Kia.com, finance, CRM, and connected car data, it boosted customer engagement by 23% and helped drive a 12% lift in financed vehicle sales.
  • Directed the discovery and implementation of Salesforce MarketingCloud, DataCloud, and AutoCloud, creating seamless onboarding and lifecycle engagement strategies, built, tested, and launched within 1 year.
  • Identified and evaluated financial/ 3rd party data, technology, and implementation partners, to align data strategies with compliance and ROI targets.
  • Leveraged customer and finance data to drive targeted offers, increasing dealer conversions and boosting financed vehicle sales by 12% year-over-year.

Led Microsoft.com personalization and HR platform initiatives at Microsoft (via Infogain), driving a 15% lift in paid subscriptions and streamlining global hiring and onboarding across markets.​
  • Microsoft.com Personalization- Defined, implemented, and led the personalization strategy for Microsoft.com, integrating data and marketing platforms to deliver tailored user experiences, resulting in a 15% increase in paid subscription conversions.
  • Microsoft Global HR Platform- Oversaw the discovery and implementation of Microsoft’s new Global HR Platform, partnering with the VP of HR Technology to streamline international and local hiring. Delivered the program on early, improved global onboarding efficiency, and reduced manual HR processes across markets.​​​

Chief of Staff
 
Partnered with Sprinklr executive team and key stakeholders to streamline product, marketing, and development operations ahead of IPO, aligning teams, accelerating releases, and improving executive visibility.
  • Served as Chief of Staff for Sprinklr’s product organization, restructuring teams into agile product pods and establishing shared business goals, resulting in faster product rollouts, tighter marketing alignment, and improved communication with executives and shareholders.
WestMarine | (Via Infogain)

Partnered with WestMarine C-Suite and key stakeholders, to lead the full UX redesign of WestMarine.com, focusing on simplifying navigation, improving usability, and streamlining checkout experiences to drive both customer satisfaction and conversion growth.
  • Directed the end-to-end UX redesign of WestMarine.com, improving site navigation, usability, and checkout workflows, resulting in higher customer satisfaction scores by 12%.
  • Implemented Salesforce MarketingCloud and increased online conversion rates by 17%.​​​
Hyundai North America | (Via Infogain) 

Director of Digital Transformation and Product Experience
 
Partnered with Hyundai and Kia executives, dealers, and key stakeholders,  to design an improved dealer onboarding and Connected Car registration experience, streamlining the process and driving stronger dealer and customer adoption.
  • Redesigned the dealer onboarding and Connected Car registration UX for Hyundai and Kia, simplifying setup and reducing churn, resulting in a 25% increase in adoption across the platform.​​​
Toyota North America | 10/21 - 5/22

Sr. Product Manager, AI and Electric Vehicles
 
At Toyota North America, I led innovation across AI, electrification, and connected experiences, driving the launch of the brand’s first EV and advancing digital engagement through new technology partnerships and patents in AI and VR.

Also managed connected car products partnerships with BMW and Subaru vehicles that shared Toyota platform technology.
  • Created Vehicle Match Maker, integrating financial/ customer data to recommend EVs, increasing dealer test drives 18%, supporting launch of bZ4X.
  • Built partnerships with Nintendo & Disney for in-vehicle gaming experiences in electrified cars.
  • Spearheaded AI efforts for the launch of Toyota’s first EV, the bZ4X, by enabling data-driven customer targeting and improving battery range, accelerating adoption of the brand’s electrification strategy.
  • Inventor of 3 patents in VR and AI-powered customer engagement, advancing personalization and automation.
  • Developed Carbon Foot Calculator, quantifying up and down stream vehicle manufacturing, earning creditability, worked with Toyota lobbyist to benefits from U.S. Federal Programs.

Sr. Product Manager, Connected Car & Digital Experience
 
At Mazda North American Operations, I led the digital transformation and personalization roadmap across MyMazda Connected Car App, MyMazda.com, and MazdaUSA.com, driving $40M+ in new service revenue and elevating the customer experience through data, technology, and design innovation.
  • Co-founded and launched the MyMazda Connected Car Platform, enhancing digital engagement and accelerating connected service adoption.
  • Directed UX redesigns of MyMazda.com and MazdaUSA.com, improving navigation, usability, and digital conversion.
  • Implemented Mazda’s first CRM-driven data strategy, increasing campaign targeting accuracy and dealer test drives by 12%.
  • Integrated Agero Roadside Assistance and Xtime Service Scheduler into MyMazda App, reducing call center volume by 20% and adding 150K+ new dealer service appointments annually.
